Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you can prepare for your service. We would like you to enjoy our lounge where you can relax before your service starts.
Please take note that we do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If more than 24 hours notice is given, there will be no charge, if less than 24 hours notice is given, there will be a 50% charge of the service booked.
